The full legal terms, conditions, and exclusions are provided in your installation contract, but our goal is always the same: deliver durable, long‑lasting floors you can feel confident about.

What Our Warranty Focuses On

Under normal residential use and proper care, our coating systems are designed to:

• Resist peeling, chipping, and delamination
• Maintain UV stability without yellowing
• Resist hot‑tire pickup

Every project starts with professional surface preparation, moisture testing when required, and high‑performance materials built for longevity.

Moisture Matters — And We Test for It

Concrete naturally releases moisture, especially in the Pacific Northwest. That’s why Nano Concrete Coatings evaluates conditions carefully and recommends moisture‑mitigation systems when needed.

When recommended systems are installed, warranty protection applies within the limits of the system selected. If moisture protection is declined, certain coverage may be limited, all details are outlined clearly in your contract.

What Isn’t Covered (In Plain English)

Like all coating systems, warranties do not cover things outside our control, including:

• Flooding, plumbing leaks, or drainage problems
• Structural movement or cracking in the slab
• Abuse, impact damage, or corrosive chemicals
• De‑icing salts, studded tires, or snow chains
• Normal cosmetic wear or slip‑related incidents
